CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations less than than seven (7) days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made (8) or more days prior to the event can use the deposit towards a new party date within one year from the original scheduled date--there are no refunds. Any party cancelled within 3 days prior to the day of the event will be charged the full amount of the party. Incorrect event addresses will be considered a cancelled event and you will be charged. Please read what you submit. Exception: In case of a dangerous weather event such as a blizzard or hurricane (state of WEATHER emergency declared by the Governor), the party may be moved to a different date (see the FAQ.) Third party bookings done through an event planning service will require the 100 percent amount of the event to book. This full payment will be considered the "deposit" and follow the guidelines listed above. No refunds are given due to cancellations as a result of Covid or rain.
